Here at Aylestone House Dental Practice we endeavour to accommodate our patients when they are suffering with dental emergencies.

If you have a dental emergency and require an emergency appointment, please contact us before 10am if possible, otherwise if the phone is busy and you are struggling to get through, please use these alternative ways to contact the practice.

If we are closed you can still phone us and you can leave an answerphone message so that we are made aware of your dental emergency – that way we will have more availability and flexibility to offer you an appointment as we listen to our voicemail messages first thing in the morning and throughout the day. We will always try our best to fit you in the same day or the next day providing you have phoned before 10am
Your prompt action could prevent a dental problem worsening whenever possible please provide us with as much information in order to assess your condition.

Please note – emergency appointments may not be with the dentist of your choice and the dentists will only deal with one problem and one person on each appointment. If you have waited several days before contacting us then this will not be considered an emergency.

NHS PATIENTS

Out of surgery hours NHS patients please call 111 between 6.30pm to 8pm Week days (Monday to Friday), Weekends and also Bank holidays.
