Practice Manager

Monika qualified as a dental care professional in April 2011 with a City & Guilds NVQ and then qualified as a practice manager in July 2015 with ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. She has the overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the practice and is available to discuss all aspects of your dental care. Monika has a great deal of professional flexibility and realises that her role is evolving and will change as the practice develops. However, she thrives on this challenge and is very positive and encouraging to other members of the team to also develop themselves further too. Monika attends dental seminars and courses on regular basis and is responsible for implementing strategies, building a strong, friendly team, developing and delivering customer service of the highest standard.
